Client Services Manager

Do you have a proven track record of managing administrative teams, as well as third party out-source support? Are you passionate about leading and developing dynamic teams? If so, this Client Services Manager role is an exciting opportunity to make an impact within our Client Support team and wider business.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll have full management responsibility for the successful day-to-day administrative operations within the Client Support team, who are based both in the office as well as remotely as part of our third party outsourced support team.

Ensuring the work is completed in an accurate and timely manner, you will be involved in setting internal SLA’s and be accountable to the measures and their success. The role also includes daily reporting to ensure accurate figures, responding to colleague and client invoicing queries, as well as continually reviewing processes for efficiencies and identify ways in which aspects of the service could be enhanced.

Your strengths and skills:

Demonstrable experience or managing administrative teams, as well as managing third-party offshore resource, you will bring your excellent people skills to the role, strong in delivering and overseeing the day-to-day operations whilst keeping focused on the opportunities to optimise processes, improving efficiencies and productivity. You will possess highly proficient Microsoft Office and IT skills, an eye for detail and accuracy, and strong communication skills.
