Travel Technology Assistant

An excellent, junior level opportunity in our Tunbridge Wells office for someone who would like to grow their skill set in modern technology.


Main Purpose of the Role

To provide help desk support to our internal travel teams and clients, ensuring travel technology tools are running smoothly and effectively. Training on all travel technology will be provided.


Key Accountabilities

  • Support and troubleshoot user functionality queries and problems across a variety of platforms
  • Manage regular data cleansing
  • Log problems and find long-term solutions with the data flow between systems
  • Build and maintain scripts in our systems
  • Import data and create profiles
  • User login management, both adding new users and removing leavers (internal and external)


Skills & Experience


  • Excellent Excel and data handling skills
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook)
  • PC skills (Windows)
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Customer service oriented
  • Goal driven


  • Experience using project management software
  • Experience of database administration
  • Previous experience using a GDS
  • Windows desktop/server skills
  • Experience with crystal reporting
