Client Support Consultant

Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent

CT Travel Group are looking for a Client Support Consultant to join the CST team in the Tunbridge Wells office in Kent.

Main purpose of the role

To ensure all services booked by the Corporate team are invoiced out in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. The role also includes daily reporting to ensure accurate figures and responding to client and colleague invoice queries. This is an entry level role with the review to career progress through the business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Invoicing for flights, hotels, cars, passports, visas & ancillaries and out of hours calls. Also responsible for bespoke weekly invoicing
  • Running scheduled reports, including
    • Daily Figures report
    • Daily HX ticket report
    • Daily BSP ticket report and cross check (TJQ)
    • Daily LCC ticket report and cross check
    • Daily Rail ticket report and cross check (Rail TJQ)
    • Daily Online hotel bookings prepayment check
    • Bespoke Weekly Travel report
    • Weekly uncollected TOD report
    • Monthly Client Travel Bookers report
    • Monthly Client Rail report
    • Monthly corporate folder queries
    • Monthly Star Alliance report
  • Assisting with Implementation – forms/workbook/company profiles/traveller profiles/corporate rewards/Dolphin fees
  • General administrative tasks, including daily franking of post, answering Reception phone calls and distributing post and parcels

Skills & Experience:


  • Interest in working in a corporate travel business
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and as a full team player
  • Good working knowledge of all MS Office packages
  • Excellent time-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Self-motivated
  • Good personal presentation skills, representing the Company well on the phone or as a first point of contact for visitors
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise


  • Knowledge of the travel industry, possible gained through travel and tourism college studies



  • GCSE C or above in English & Maths (or equivalent)
